We’re Brisbane based. All our property managers are local. Our office is centrally located in Newstead at Gasworks Plaza. This means we’re only a short drive from your property whether it’s north, south or inner Brisbane. With homed you can expect a fine tuned service, tailored to the Brisbane market.

Rent collection the right way

At homed we do rent collection a little differently. All tenants are placed on a direct debit schedule. We debit the rent from their nominated bank account. Tenants can opt to receive reminders from us before each debit to ensure the rent money is available in their account. If the debit is unsuccessful, the tenant is notified immediately by SMS with a link to reschedule the debit for a day or two later.
